Centrogen has implemented an integrated Quality, Environmental and Safety Management System in order to document the company’s best business practices, better satisfy the requirements and expectations of its customers, enhance the environmental performance, support and promote health and safety practices and improve the overall management of the Company.
The scope statement of the IMS is:
The scope of the IMS applies to all aspects of our business including design and development of weed management & fire management plans, and the management, planning and consulting for built and natural environments with a primary focus on vegetation.

- Quality system policies, procedures, safety analyses, training and record keeping applicable to all geographical locations, work sites and all activities;
- The assurance that Centrogen will consistently provide services that are safe, reliable and of good quality and which meet client and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements;

Conformance to ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015 and AS/NZS 4801:2001 is certified annually through Sci Qual International.
Centrogen meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015. The system addresses the design, development, production, installation and servicing of the Company’s products and services. It incorporates the process approach where consistent results are achieved more effectively and efficiently when activities are understood and managed as interrelated processes.
Centrogen’s Strategic Map 2018 – 2023 is an internal framework that sets out the Company’s quality objectives. These are reviewed on a monthly basis at the management meeting as well as at an annual management review meeting.
Centrogen meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 14001:2015. The system addresses the management of significant environmental aspects, compliance obligations and the actions to address risks and opportunities. The management of the interactive processes provides for the achievement of continual improvement and focus on efforts leading to the prevention of undesirable outcomes.
A WHSE Management Plan is prepared for projects which outlines and documents all environmental aspects and impacts associated with the project, including hazards and risks.
Work Health and Safety
Centrogen meets the requirements of the Australian and New Zealand AS/NZS 4801:2001. It addresses the occupational health and safety policy commitments to comply with applicable legal requirements, to the prevention of injury and ill health and to continual improvement.
A WHSE Management Plan is prepared for projects. This plan outlines and documents practical steps taken to protect the safety of all persons including the public.
